Picture Story: Macau/HK Day Five

We had dim sum for breakfast the following day as well and this time we wandered further around the neighbourhood. Look at the number of old folks having breakfast. The oldies in HK and Macau are very active and they can be seen walking around at all hours. I would love to be as happening as that in my golden years.

Pic below of prawn chee cheong fun.

The dim sums are pushed around in traditional pull carts.

A sweet custard dessert.

*****Off to Hong Kong Island to experience the Peak.

The stark difference beween Kowloon and HK Island. Old VS new architecture.

As we exited the MTR, we saw a peaceful protest taking place. Again,  I sent Vic to take pictures. :P

The tramcars which makes Hong Kong so unique from any other Asian country.

Pierce and Michelle say, "HI!"

Me taking a peek and all I saw was...
It was so bloody misty. I bet the peak would have been prettier at night. All the lights twinkling back at you.

T'was cold and so breezy. I had to hijack Vic's jacket.

*****
St John's is everywhere.

Do we look alike?

On the way back, we dropped by another H&M outlet and saw this really huge spoon and pau (left).

The view from the ferry...
Our fave wan tan mee joint in Macau.

All of us in our new shoes.

God. The wantan in Macau is so different than the ones in KL. There's so much prawn and porky goodness in it.

Another makan stop before the end of the day to McDees. Double pork burger.
