Gobo Upstairs Lounge & Grill, Traders Hotel II

A few months back when Chef Chris and his Missus were down, we headed to Gobo Upstairs Lounge & Grill in Traders Hotel for some feasting. This is my second time here, the first was last year.

It's a real spiffy 'atas' place. Perfectly romantic with the right ambiance for a hot date, but of course... it would set you back a few hundreds (>RM250).

Our entrée some sort of mushroom salad -porcinni, trumpet, oyster, etc

Foie Gras and Wagyu Beef. Oh la la la la....


I love you Foie Gras. I know it's inhumane and cruel the way Foie Gras is harvested... and I do feel guilty. But dammit!!! It is fantastic! Anyway, watch this cool video by Chef Dan Barber on his humane Foie Gras experience.
